How can I update my user information?

To change the user information that eLicensing has on file for your account:

• Logon to eLicensing. The Your Menu Options page will be displayed.
• Click on Change Your User Information. The Change User Information page will be displayed.
• Enter the updated information in the appropriate fields, making sure to type in your password again to verify it, as well as your email address, if you are providing one.
• Click on the Continue button.  The Your Menu Options page will be displayed.  You have now successfully updated your user information.
