What do I do if I can't finish my renewal transaction?

If you are unable to finish your online license renewal in one sitting, don't worry.  All you have to do is click the Back button until you return to the Your Menu Options page, then choose Log Off from the menu.  The next time you logon to eLicensing, all of the license renewal information that you had entered previously will still be there.  To complete the transaction, choose License Renewal from the Your Menu Options menu, then simply click on the applicable buttons until you reach the page where you left off.
