Why are the graphics on the DRE Web site fuzzy?

In an attempt to speed up the download of Web pages, America Online (AOL) compresses graphics before sending them to your browser.  The result of this compression is that graphics lose a great deal of their original quality.

AOL members have the option of deselecting Use Compressed Graphics in their Web preferences.
