Graphic: Help Your Menu Options

The menu options that are displayed are created for each licensee based upon the current license status information and pending eLicensing applications.  The same menu options may not be presented for each licensee due to the differences in their licensing records.  You may even see different menu options for you each time you visit our eLicensing site.

For example:

  • If you have an eLicensing application in process with DRE that includes a change of employer, you will not see a 'Change Responsible Broker' menu option until the first eLicensing application is completed.

  • If you are an responsible broker, and there are NO salesperson records that need your Broker Certification, you will not see a menu item to 'Certify Your Employee's Renewal or Change Applications.

If you wish to change your registered Username, Password, or email address you would click on 'Change Your User Information'
