A fee of $15.00 is required for each
duplicate license requested.
A duplicate license can be obtained
to replace an existing or lost license OR to obtain an
updated license certificate following a change, such as
a change of mailing or main office address or a change
of employing broker.
You are not required to request a
duplicate license after successful completion of an
eLicensing change transaction. You may instead modify
your existing license including the effective date of
the change and your initials.
A license certificate is
automatically generated for an eLicensing renewal
transaction without a duplicate license fee.
Most other transactions that
automatically generate a new license certificate require
the submittal of additional supporting documentation,
such as a change of name or the addition of a fictitious
business name, and are, therefore, not available through
the eLicensing System.
License certificates are always
mailed to the licensee at the mailing address provided
to this Department.
