Reset Username / Password

To reset your eLicensing username and password:

    If you know your Examination ID or your License Number, please enter:
    • Your California Real Estate License Number or Examination ID
    • The last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number (SSN) or your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
    • Your birth date
    If you registered to apply for an exam or exam/license and have not been assigned an Examination ID:
    • The email address that you entered when you registered.
    • The last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number (SSN) or your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
    • Your birth date
